Pork with tomato souce

Pork with tomato souce

  • 4 slices boneless pork chop
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 500 ml tomato juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 leaves basil
  1. Growth pieces of cutlet.

  2. Season them with salt and oil.

  3. We heat the oven at 150C.

  4. Place the meat in a heat-resistant pan and cover it with aluminum foil.

  5. Put it in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

  6. After 1 hour 30 we add the wine. tomato juice, sugar, garlic and basil and leave them for another 30 minutes.

It can be served with mashed potatoes, rice, natural potato or any other side dish. At the end we can sprinkle a little fresh parsley.
